Settling In...
Little Elms Childcare Centre recognises that all children are unique and the amount of time that a child takes to settle into the nursery can vary enormously. In practice we will:
- Work in partnership with parents/carers to decide on the best ways to introduce and support their child's settling in to ensure that the individual needs of the child are being met.

- Plan with parents/carers a settling in box and book bag which can flow between home and nursery and will contain photos of parents and siblings, keyworkers, a couple of favourite toys and a book, etc, with the aim to build comfortable/secure relationships from the start.
Arrivals & Departures...

Only adults - aged 18 years and over - and with suitable identification, will be authorised to collect children.
